Payment Information

**  Please mail permits with check payment, or email permits to northoaks@northoaksmn.gov and you will be contacted for Credit card payment via phone or email. 

  • All license and permit fees need to be delivered to City Hall with your application. You may also email the application to City Hall.
  • The City of North Oaks accepts cash or check and Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
  • Building permit fees are based on the valuation of the project and are collected when the permit is issued.
  • Call City Hall at (651) 792-7750 to determine the cost of your permit.
  • Refer to the building requirements information sheet or contact City Hall for more information at (651) 792-7750.
  • NOTE: Any exterior changes should also be submitted to the North Oaks Homeowners Association (NOHOA) for review. This is a separate process from the City of North Oaks Building Department. NOHOA can be reached by email, phone at (651) 792-7765, or through their website.
