When is City Hall open?
- City Hall is currently open to the public. Electronic means of conducting business is still encouraged whenever possible. Permit applications can be submitted online here, or hard copy emailed to northoaks@northoaksmn.gov for processing.
- Regular Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., and 9:00 a.m. - Noon on Friday's. (closed holidays)
