I am moving and use City water. What do I need to do?

If you are on Shoreview water and will be moving, call the city office at 651-792-7750 to let the Clerk know the close date.  The City will request the City of Shoreview to take a final meter reading.  Residents moving into homes served by Shoreview water should call the City to provide the new name on the water/sewer account and the date you closed on property for billing purposes.  Sewer/water bills are issued quarterly and can be paid online. 

Those on White Bear Township water should call White bear township utilities at 651-747-2750 to advise of closing dates and new owners. Bills from White Bear township must be paid directly to them (not the City of North Oaks).

*Those moving in and out of homes with private septic and well do not need to alert anyone at the City as there are no utility bills.
